Welcome to Mary Coleman Yoga! You matter absolutely!
300-hour Cherished Soul Yoga Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
This program is designed for women yoga teachers who have already completed 200hrs of Yoga Teacher Training.
If you are a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, this Training will give you an additional 300hrs of study (RYT500).

This training is designed to empower women to live their highest potential, dharma. Dharma (in this context) is your righteous calling; the actions that you, and only you, can bring for the benefit of the world.

This program relies heavily on the wisdom texts of yoga (Yoga Sutra of Patanjali, Bhagavad Gita, Katha Upanishad, and others)
and group and one-on-one coaching and the principles and practices of Ayurveda.

Space is limited.
I believe in the power of intimate connection and that the transmission of the wisdom of yoga is best served in a small group setting where each participant can be honored and heard.

I've become a more confident and skilled teacher to better serve my students and gained tools to enrich my daily living.
Mary has this wonderful way of helping you tap into a space of curiosity to invite room for exploring and making connections. She's also incredibly warm, funny, and authentic.

Agreements
I believe that it is important to establish Agreements regarding practicing, learning, and sharing together so that we can manage expectations and reduce conflict. To that end, the following are basic Agreements that all participants (Trainees, Non-Certification Trainees and Facilitators) agree to:
-
Participants agree to attend and participate to their fullest.
-
Participants agree that this study requires commitment, determination and courage.
-
Participants agree that they will support and encourage all members of the cohort and share their unique knowledge and gifts with all.
-
Participants agree to share their wisdom freely, listen and learn from each other through thoughtful inquiry during discussions, to do all preparatory homework, to express ourselves mindfully and without harming, be fully prepared when one is in the seat of the teacher.
-
Participants agree to mindfully and deeply listen to what is true for the speaker holding judgment or the need to fix.
-
Participants agree to integrate the lifestyle of yoga, including self-care practices and honoring the Yamas and Niyamas to the best of their ability.
-
Participants agree to being present with integrity, authenticity, vulnerability, and courage to the best of their ability.
-
Participants agree to bring their highest selves to every training weekend to the best of their ability.
-
What is shared within the training, especially women's circles, is held in complete confidence and is not discussed or shared outside of the program.
